- The bank charges 0.25% of the loan amount as processing fee for issuing home loans.
- However, the bank levies certain charges for documentation processing to disburse the loan. These charges stand at 0.10% of the sanctioned loan amount, subject to a maximum of RS.10000.
- Pre-Payment Charges: The bank does allow foreclosure of the loan within a period of one year from the date of disbursement of the loan. Later after one year, the borrower can foreclose the home loan at minimal prepayment charge of 0.50% on the principal outstanding amount.
